Cycling. Wow. The words just seem right together. For the past six months or so, cycling has become a big part of my life. It started when my wife and I purchased mountain bikes after deciding that it was time to find a healthy activity we could both enjoy.
Getting on the saddle for the first time was like rekindling an old flame. Instantly, memories of riding a bike as a child started flooding my consciousness. I’m not sure if I actually spoke these words but they certainly came to mind…”Bicycle….I’ve missed you.”
Why a Bike Geek? In a nutshell, I’m a technology nut. A computer nerd. Technology infiltrates most of my hobbies, interests and work. Cycling is no exception. Modern bicycles are full of engineering and technology.
