This isn’t a story about a cyclist that jumps out of an airplane.

It’s about several cyclists I witnessed on Trail Ridge Road during my recent Colorado vacation. This cyclist, like others we saw, braves thin air with little oxygen and sometimes heavy traffic on U.S. Highway 34 which has virtually no shoulder. I was impressed and amazed.

I captured this image just before Shannon and I started a hike of the Rock Cut trail. Notice the fine bicycle he is riding! A Felt F55 from what I can tell. Sweet! Perhaps we should recruit him to our team…
