		<description>I put reflective bands around the bicycle frame itself so they&#039;re always there. Placement: Rear rack, top and down tubes near the headset, headset. The one around the front of the bike between the top tube and the tube that goes to the BB is most important.</description>

There are also bike lights that will clip onto the backstrap of a helmet and shine at a height visible through or over a car.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is no such thing as &quot;too much&quot; when it comes to lighting up the dark...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Phil</description>

		<description>greetings from my phone. orange messenger bag has a reflector and reflective lace. also 2 blinkies: 1 planet bike 3led and 1 schwinn 2led. on my bike a 7 led trek set to solid.  2 1 watt planet bike headlights, not sure on lumens. bike also has reflective tape and just added green led spoke lights that really help people notice. stay to the right!</description>
