I keep my sugar intake quite low and even the lower-calorie G2 upsets my tummy. Recently I did a century drinking HEED, which is a tasty liquid designed (like Endurolytes) to replenish a small amount of sodium but larger amounts of magnesium, etc, that are lost. (I notice an endurance and performance difference with these products, I'm not a Hammer rep, and I'm sure other companies have similar products).<br /><br />Great blog Justin - ride safe! Luckily we have had a very cool summer, but last year I used to have to come in very early, like 7 am, in order to not be a salt monster upon arrival. Since my ride is short it wasn't too bad.
